Lunch and dinner are pre-packaged and prepared under Glatt kosher supervision by OK from Brooklyn. Breakfast includes kosher products such as bagels, cheeses and fresh fruits. Additionally, a daily option prepared on the ship, not under supervision, is available: baked fish in foil and hand-torn green salad. The meal is served on disposable dishes.
